DESCRIPTION

Elastic Ankle support with crossed elastic straps '8 shape' and lateral-medial support stays for the stabilization of the ankle joint, particularly helpful in case of inversion and eversion of the ankle. On both sides there are two double bottom pockets in which it is possible to insert up to four splints of diferent stifness, according to the severity of the sprain. The stability of the brace is guaranteed by the double frontal Velcro closure. The fabric is composed of a Velcro velvet with a high percentage of Elastane; a high density foam with an excellent comfort; the Carbon six that combines excellent mechanical performances along with lightness and elasticity. It is simple, easy to wear and portable during everyday activities.

Ankle distortions • ankle arthorosis • ankle tendonitis • peroneal tendinopathy • useful for recovering of the agonistic activity

APPLICATION

1.Wear the brace closing top faps. 2.Cross the frst lateral or medial straps above the instep, pass it under the plantar of the foot and hook it on the related Velcro on the opposite side. Repeat with the other lace. 3.Close the two frontal faps in order to maximize the stability of the brace.

The main fastening elements are made in trilaminate fabric made of: velcro-retaining velour with high content of elastane; extra thin, high-density foam for an excellent lift; C6Tex combining excellent mechanic performances, lightness and stretch capacity. The features of these materials provide a highly restraining elastic eff ect. The “figure-of-eight bandage” provides an excellent latero-medial stability; it is simple and easy to wear thanks to the Velcro that allow adjusting the degree of traction provided by the straps. Latero-medial spiral splints can be replaced with more rigid splints on the sides of the joint.
